Patrick Sharry and Peter Stone
Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in working with
groups to enable them to achieve their
objectives efficiently and effectively.
Most recently he has worked with boards and senior
executive teams to assist them to drive major organisational
change. He takes a broad
approach, combining strategy facilitation, leadership
development, process and system design and individual coaching.
Patrick holds a Master of Science in Decision Sciences
from the London School of Economics, Master of Education in
mathematics education, a Graduate Diploma of Teaching and a
Bachelor of Arts.
Peter has extensive management and organisational
development experience in both the public and
private sectors. He has
led strategy development and change initiatives across large
Commonwealth departments and some of Australia’s major listed
companies. His approach
is focused and pragmatic, tempered with genuine concern for
organisational values and the people involved.
He has particular interest and expertise in the
management of organisational culture.
Peter holds a Master of Education in adult education and
organisational development from UNSW, Graduate Diploma in
Business Administration from Monash, Master of Theology,
Graduate Diploma in Education and Bachelor of Arts.
